About Us
About Charlene Nielsen-Webb;I started in the real estate industry in 1992 as an apprentice to a local real estate appraiser. I received my residential real estate appraiser license in 1994 and started my own company Nielsen Appraisal in 1996. I am still a licensed appraiser, but have been dedicating 100% of my time to selling real estate. Getting my Real Estate Sales license in 2003 has proven to be an exciting change from appraising real estate. I have enjoyed the opportunity in helping first time homebuyers, clients moving in from another state, my friends & family that are moving up or scaling down and investors that need some good direction in purchasing income property. My family & myself are very active in all the great outdoor sports we have in the area like: windsurfing, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, golfing, hiking, fishing, soccer & hockey. I currently partner with my mother Kathy Nielsen. She started back in real estate when I was in first grade. Here is some information about her; She was born and raised in Clark County, Washington and has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. In addition to selling real estate, she was a licensed contractor for 10 years. She built custom & spec home on land that she sub-divided. She has bought & managed income properties. In her career she has been involved in all facets of the real estate business, which enables her to provide our customers with superior service that none of my competitors can match.
